The Last Week of Daniel's Prophecy, and Revelation (by Angela Glass, 2019)
The Last Week of Daniel’s Prophecy, and Revelation (by Angela Glass, 2019)

I am sharing a spreadsheet that I created using TorahCalendar.com for the Day of Trumpets dates, then adding the days as detailed by Daniel & Revelation, to seek a match for the ending “appointed time” of The Day of Atonement.

While 2017-2024 matches I believe we haven’t seen any of the dramatic events of the apocalypse from Revelation which seem to be immediately apparent to observers at that time…

I believe 2020-2027 to be the match all are looking for, as it also aligns to the prophecy that “this generation will not have passed away until all these things shall have taken place” (Matt 24:28) with “the length of our days is seventy years—or eighty if we are strong”. (Psalms 90:10)

Those born in 1948 would turn 80 years old in 2028, after the end of this seven year period ending September 2027.

Reasoning—Israel became a sovereign nation on 14 May 1948, given this as the opening event of literal prophetic fulfillment, we count from here forward to the end of 80 years where within this time period we would expect fulfillment.

2022-2029 just two short years later would be outside “this generation” (that saw Israel become a nation again) as they would be 81 years old (beyond the definition of Psalms 90:10).

To me, it appears based on all the pieces of scripture that the Day of Atonement would begin sundown September 11th, 2027 and that it all begins next fall.

It seems timely, as Trump pushes his “deal of a century” having his son-in-law Kushner attempt to broker “Peace in the Middle East” following this April’s election in Israel, and before the United States elections of November 3, 2020.

I’ve included additional reasoning below the spreadsheet, and I’m interested in any input, feedback, or correction.

Impossible

I was writing a blog post titled The Incredibles for my campaign regarding what feels like the impossible—becoming President of the United States of America… and just kept running into what felt like God cheering me on:

The verse of the day, “For men this is impossible…”
— Matthew 19:26, International Children’s Bible

First it was the verse of the day reminding me that with God all things are possible. I took a screenshot and shared it with my husband with an, “Oh yeah!”

Then I got home and found “God of the Impossible” waiting for me as the Encountering Peace post from yesterday…

Here’s to the possible impossible and the incredible odds!

Neon Genesis Evangelion

Netflix is streaming Neon Genesis Evangelion Spring 2019.

Evangelion is an apocalyptic anime in the mecha genre. It focuses on a teenage boy recruited by a paramilitary organization named NERV to control a giant cyborg called an Evangelion to fight monstrous beings known as Angels. The show takes place largely in a futuristic Tokyo years after a worldwide catastrophe. It also centers on other Evangelion pilots and members of NERV as they try to prevent another catastrophe.

In 2000, the first disastrous contact with the mysterious beings known as Angels resulted in the global cataclysm referred to as the Second Impact, which wiped out half of the human race. To defend humanity against future Angel attacks, the United Nations established the NERV organization in Tokyo-3 to develop giant bio-mechanical mecha known as Evangelions. 15 years later in 2015, the Angels have finally returned, and the untested Evangelions can only be piloted by specially selected 14-year-olds…

The CogSci of Sexual Harassment & PTSD

When discrimination or harassment causes PTSD, damages awarded in a lawsuit will depend on how quickly the agency rectified the relevant conduct and how long the complainant suffered.

“Sometimes sexual harassment registers as a trauma, and it’s difficult for the [patient] to deal with it, so what literally happens is the body starts to become overwhelmed,” says Dr. Nekeshia Hammond, a licensed psychologist. “We call it somatizing: the mental health becomes so overwhelming one can’t process it to the point of saying ‘I have been traumatized’ or ‘I am depressed.’ Essentially, it’s a kind of denial that when experienced for a long state can turn into physical symptoms.”

These physical symptoms can run the gamut, manifesting as muscle aches, headaches, or even chronic physical health problems such as high blood pressure and problems with blood sugar.

“In the long term, it could lead to heart issues,” says Hammond.

One needn’t be in shock or denial to experience these physical effects. Hammond adds that even patients who have confronted issues with full awareness and recognize that they are anxious or depressed can experience these problems. This is because the brain and body are inextricably linked, as Dr. Wilson explains.

“The part of our brain that processes emotions, including stress, are among the earliest to develop, and is right next to the brain stem, which deals with involuntary functions such as heart rate and breathing,” says Wilson. “When we’re stressed resources go there, which can impact cardiovascular functioning, autoimmune diseases, metabolic function, [and so on],” says Wilson. “Sometimes people think stress is in our head, but our brains are an organ like any other. It’s all very connected. Neurotransmitters found in our brains are also found in our gut. It’s a real thing: this is why we tend to get sick when we get stressed, and over time, if we’re in constant stress or if it’s too much to handle, then there are physiological consequences.”

Dr. King — The world is in dire need of a society of the creative maladjusted.

“Be not conformed…

Originally titled, “Mental and Spiritual Slavery” the sermon was became the Transformed Nonconformist:

King realized that to solve the problems of human life, especially the deepest problems—like racism, poverty, and war—we have to become, in a sense, abnormal. We have to stop going along; we have to stop accepting what everyone else believes. We have to become maladjusted if we are at all to become creative, and find that insoluble dilemmas often are the masks for other previously unrecognized problems with simple solutions.

Martin Luther King: Depressed and Creatively Maladjusted, Psychology Today

“Many people fear nothing more terribly than to take a position which stands out sharply and clearly from the prevailing opinion. The tendency of most is to adopt a view that is so ambiguous that it will include everything and so popular that it will include everybody. Not a few men who cherish lofty and noble ideals hide them under a bushel for fear of being called different.”

“The saving of our world from pending doom will come, not through the complacent adjustment of the conforming majority, but through the creative maladjustment of a nonconforming minority.”

“The world is in dire need of a society of the creative maladjusted. It may well be that the salvation of our world lies in the hands of such a creative minority. We need men today as maladjusted as the prophet Amos, who in the midst of the injustices of his day could cry out in words that echo across the centuries: “Let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream.”

Originally titled “Mental and Spiritual Slavery,” this sermon was composed during King’s early years assisting his father at Ebenezer.1He later revised the sermon and gave it this title.2 King maintains that the church’s sanction of social evils such as race discrimination and economic exploitation demonstrates that it has “more often conformed to the authority of the world than to the authority of God.” He chastises the church’s tendency to retreat “behind the isolated security of stained glass windows” and rebukes ministers who have “joined the enticing cult of conformity.” In contrast, King praises “The early Christians” as “nonconformists in the truest sense” but warns that “nonconformity is always costly” and “may mean losing a job. It may mean having to answer to your six-year old daughter when she asks, ‘Daddy, why do you have to go to jail so much.’”

“I now don’t think we should pressure people who have chosen not to vote, as a signal in its own right.”

Buster benson

Buster Benson: I’ve been talking to a few people who chose not to vote in the recent midterms and I feel like they each made a good case for why they made that decision. As a result, unexpectedly, I think my own position on the matter has changed a bit too. I feel we have a moral obligation to give as many people the ability to vote as we can, and to make it as low friction as possible to vote in an informed, thoughtful way. But I now don’t think we should pressure people who have chosen not to vote, as a signal in its own right. It lines up with my other “empower people to make informed, healthy choices” beliefs around reproduction rights, end-of-life privileges, and use of mind-altering chemicals. Just sharing here because we rarely document when our beliefs change, and maybe if we shared things like this more we’d normalize it and encourage growth instead of fixed mindsets in our public positioning.

I have a hard time with this. I see it as a responsibility.

The Mental Health of Jehovah’s Witnesses

Spencer, John. “The Mental Health of Jehovah’s Witnesses.” British Journal of Psychiatry, vol. 126, no. 6, 1975, pp. 556–559., doi:10.1192/bjp.126.6.556.

The function of religion in human society is complex. The part played by religion in psychiatric disorders is even more obscure. Previous literature and theories are divided into two groups: one school believes that intense religiosity is a symptom-complex indicative of psychiatric disorder, while the opposing view is that religious belief in some way acts as a defence mechanism protecting the individual and his psyche.

The present study of 50 Jehovah’s Witnesses admitted to the Mental Health Service facilities of Western Australia suggests that members of this section of the community are more likely to be admitted to a psychiatric hospital than the general population. Furthermore, followers of the sect are three times more likely to be diagnosed as suffering from schizophrenia and nearly four times more likely from paranoid schizophrenia than the rest of the population at risk.

#braindamage

These findings suggest that being a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses faith may be a risk factor predisposing to a schizophrenic illness. Further studies would be interesting in investigating whether pre-psychotic people are more likely to join the sect than normal people and what part (if any) membership has in bringing about such a breakdown.

Civil War in 2018 of the White Privileged

Angela, what planet do you live on???

I live on planet earth, third rock from the sun.

You sound like one of those radicals

I looked up “radical”.

Yes, I would say I am “someone who advocates thorough or complete social reform”.

that was there pulling down a piece bronze statue…..

But, no I wasn’t there—I was in California—but I would be happy if my step-daughter, a brown skinned young woman at UNC, was there.

what are you plans next to exterminate all white men???

That’s called a Non Sequitur. Because I live on planet earth, and sound like a radical in North Carolina it doesn’t follow I’d want to exterminate all white men.

Why do you feel people want to exterminate you like you are a cockroach, ant, or other pest?

Do you hate your race that much???

My race? I’m part of the human race. I’m on of mankind. I’m a man too. I believe all men are created equal, and I believe that includes men of all genders… for example, I am a human, of mankind, a female, a woman. A black woman is also a man of humankind, the human race.

Did you know that “race” used to refer to people not by color but by who lined up at the line together and circulated the world through history?

“A race is a grouping of humans based on shared physical or social qualities into categories generally viewed as distinct by society.[1] First used to refer to speakers of a common language and then to denote national affiliations, by the 17th century the term race began to refer to physical (phenotypical) traits.” — Wikipedia

So only in recent history would you say that Ronnie and you are white men of one race, while you’d refer to his brother-in-law as another race.

Before you’d be in the race together… like a team. Ronnie and his brother-in-law at least. You might belong to another race or society of social qualities. For example, Ronnie and all the people in his family and all their children would be one clan. You’d be another. And, as case-in-point, Ronnie’s white, and his brother-in-law is black, but back then they’d be considered the same race.

I love the human race. I’d never refer to “exterminating” people.

What you’re (you + are means you need an apostrophe) suggesting is genocide of all white men? I didn’t know you all were feeling that guilty.

Genocide is the deliberate killing of a large group of people, especially those of a particular ethnic group or nation.

No, I wouldn’t kill all white men, and I don’t plan to.

Why are you afraid?

You can spew out all the stuff you want because it doesn’t justify tearing down a piece of history…..

Putting up a monument isn’t history.

What is history is the dedication speech—bragging about chasing down and beating a black woman because you feel like your ‘race’ is threatened.

The University of North Carolina is the first public institution in the nation.

Did it not occur to you that the boys that left UNC to fight in the war fought on both sides? Continue reading

The Reformer

Your Enneagram personality type is the Reformer. You are deeply driven by the pursuit of perfection. Whether in your personal life or your professional pursuits, you know that you’re capable of the best and you’re unwilling to settle for any less. You resent corruption, inefficiency and imbalance. Your drive for perfection can often come as arrogance or hypocrisy, but your desire to shake things up is sincere. When balanced you have the remarkable ability to change things for the better. Be patient, trust yourself, and work towards making life as perfect as you know it can be!

Reformers are conscientious and ethical, with a strong sense of right and wrong. They are teachers, crusaders, and advocates for change: always striving to improve things, but afraid of making a mistake. Well-organized, orderly, and fastidious, they try to maintain high standards, but can slip into being critical and perfectionistic. They typically have problems with resentment and impatience.

At their Best: wise, discerning, realistic, and noble. Can be morally heroic.

  • Basic Fear: Of being corrupt/evil, defective
  • Basic Desire: To be good, to have integrity, to be balanced
  • Enneagram One with a Nine-Wing: “The Idealist”
  • Enneagram One with a Two-Wing: “The Advocate”

Key Motivations: Want to be right, to strive higher and improve everything, to be consistent with their ideals, to justify themselves, to be beyond criticism so as not to be condemned by anyone.

When moving in their Direction of Disintegration (stress), methodical Reformers suddenly become moody and irrational at Four. However, when moving in their Direction of Integration (growth), angry, critical Reformers become more spontaneous and joyful, like healthy Sevens.

Examples: Confucius, Plato, Salahuddin Ayyubi, Joan of Arc, Sir Thomas More, Mahatma Gandhi, Pope John Paul II, Nelson Mandela, Margaret Thatcher, Prince Charles, Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, Jimmy Carter, Michelle Obama, Al Gore, Hilary Clinton, Rudy Giuliani, Elliot Spitzer, Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, Osama bin Laden, George Bernard Shaw, Thoreau, Dr. Jack Kevorkian, Anita Roddick (The Body Shop), Martha Stewart, Chef Thomas Keller, Michio Kushi (macrobiotics), George Harrison, Joan Baez, Celine Dion, Ralph Nader, Noam Chomsky, Bill Moyers, George F. Will, William F. Buckley, Keith Olbermann, Jerry Seinfeld, Bill Maher, Tina Fey, Katherine Hepburn, Maggie Smith, Emma Thompson, Julie Andrews, Vanessa Redgrave, Jane Fonda, Meryl Streep, Harrison Ford, Helen Hunt, Captain “Sully” Sullenberger, “Mary Poppins,” “Mr. Spock,” SNL’s “The Church Lady”

The Enneagram of Personality, or simply the Enneagram, is a model of the human psyche which is principally understood and taught as a typology of nine interconnected personality types.

Jehovah’s Witness leader urges elders to destroy child sex abuse records

The Watchtower has settled multiple lawsuits filed by former members across the country, many of whom claimed that they were sexually abused as children — and that their abusers were protected by elders who enforced the religion’s rules, like one that requires sexual assault victims to find two eyewitnesses to support their allegations.

A video recording of Bartlett’s talk was leaked online by an anonymous person early 2018.

“We know that the scene of this world is changing, and we know Satan’s coming after us, and he’s going to go for us legally.”

“We can see by the way things are shaping up. So the organization has said, ‘We’ve run into difficulties in the past because of the records we have.'”

Shawn Bartlett, the Witnesses’ record management overseer, explained that handwritten notes and drafts of internal documents needed to be destroyed because of the potential legal harm they posed to the organization, which has eight million followers worldwide. — Philly.com, July 9, 2018

Wanda reported he died around 11:50pm, she thinks — and she was in Virginia at around 2am maybe when she got the call. She knows nothing of the details

I told her 6 “or 7 steps” and left it at that. No Halloween or kids that night. Married, as Jessica Marié. Aunt Wanda agrees.  Wanda is also on the hunt for a new man for her “custard stand”.

Jamie at 23

Jamie, you would have turned 23 yesterday. I had shots of tequila on my mind the night before, thinking of you and your daddy. He went down to the beach last night to spend time alone with you.

I don’t know my daddy’s birthday and thus is just once a year I mourn.

I think about how different everything would be. You know she wanted to split you kids up leaving you to your daddy, and they divorced after your baby sister was born eventually anyway. I think they’d divorced if you’d lived too, but I fear you’d have both the burden of us if they were your fault, splitting kids not to be as obvious.

Oh Jamie. What I do think is that I heard there will be 144,000 men who were chaste virgins reign as kings with Christ for a grand thousand years before you’d return daddy’s princess.

By the time your heart loves honor will be.

Jamie, how I worry for your little sister.

On a happy note — how I love my husband.

He lays bare butt and beautiful. I can’t seem to stop looking at him, and I love him for so much more.

Are You There God? It's Me, Gidget

This is the diary to begin the end.

Had Darryl not added me to his insurance they would likely have released me and secondly there would be no bill.

Sunday, March 20, 2016

Darryl had to leave early this morning for the airport — travel on Sunday, and six weeks straight of travel all week. We’ll miss the memorial together.

We’re being swamped by medical bills from them 5150-5250’ing me. I need to get it all sorted, scanned, and posted.

Might as well mime a fight. I feared the thought of showing up at Paradise Valley to protest the out of network 5150 bill, but to find myself taken in again.

March 30, 2016

Nearly through the month. One more day. If only catching up here meant filling in a few days

No. This is the diary to begin the end.

January brought 2 5150’s. Sarah, the canadian neighbor with her darling Stella said she felt threatened. I had been at the ocean and left to walk back up the street to go to the burger joint, The Promiscuous Fork, and tell Darryl to meet me there. He was almost home, returning from Los Angeles, and though I didn’t know, he actually had stopped just up the street at El Pescador to bring home dinner.

From across the street the cops see me and come detain me. I’m 5150’ed without being identified and taken away.

I was taken to Scripp’s Mercy where I was drugged an spent the week.

In the course of waiting I became friends with two female patients. My roommate who slept all day and stayed up all night keeping from sleep all week. That I sleep wasn’t their priority so I was left waiting all night long in the hallway so as not to disturb her. Where is fair in that?

I was finally released to spend the weekend with Darryl. As usual we had a fight before even leaving the parking lot. Cops left me a free woman.

That Sunday I wanted to go to Cracker Barrel on the border for breakfast (practically speaking it’d be brunch). Darryl drove but took me to Paradise Valley instead saying “if I don’t someone is going to call the police”. Molly.com

My instincts told me not to go in. From the parking lot I tried quickly & casually to reason with Darryl. I called Aunt Kristina, Sister La’el, and she understood but gave me the courage to make the choice to go in. Inside we made it from the ER room into the back to be seen. They had me in a corner room, had me undress, but waiting to be seen.

At Scripp’s a man, a known sexual predator, twice sexually assaulted my friend. He had been harassing me, but unlike her I was adept at dodging his physicality.

I didn’t want to sit waiting.

I redressed and went to leave. Walking through the lobby again and striding to the doors, I said “Don’t shoot me in the back.” pointing over my shoulder at the point.

They drugged me.

I no longer remember the names of the women.

I can’t report the assault.

I was released February 16th.

From Paradise Valley I was held in the ICU where they finally could verify insurance and put me into their system.

Had Darryl not added me to his insurance they would likely have released me and secondly there would be no bill.

As it is Paradise Valley was out of network. It’s $25,000+ later, out of pocket.

They kicked me from PV to API, Alvarado Parkway Institute because the hospital guy said it was too expensive.

I begged him to leave me at Paradise Valley for the ONE MORE NIGHT. I was to be RELEASED the next day.

They moved me that night where despite still being without sleep I was kept up waiting for a bed.

It was two weeks later I was released.

At API I was first held in the area for violent patients where I was sexually assaulted by another patient.

I was in a room with two other girls and it was freezing. I feared sleeping for having been assaulted already.

I was moved again, this time to a small area for the elderly.

Then I was moved to a different ward, the one for geriatric care though most of the people were a mix of ages.

Cesar Benitez, the doctor assigned to me was, as usual, evil. He took no time with me, and pursued the 5250 as well as the Reis to drug me against my will.

Twice my mother flew out to defend me but I lost the court’s cases and somehow knew that would be that would go. God’s will be done.

Cannabis for Kids with Autism

Last night I met with Phil Ohme a UX’er from Intuit and learned his two sons are both autistic. I hold him about cannabis for kids and autism. It brought me to the conclusion: cannabis is like wine. Where it is to be used for pleasure like the way wine brings happiness to ones heart. I was influenced by two glasses of Malbec to find the clarity. You wouldn’t drink red wine on waking or working, would you?

Today I have the aspiration that life begins anew ahead. To work and enjoy life like I did when I was younger.

Darryl, and with the help of my mom’s supplements, have brought me back to me.

Soon we shall see, so exciting to once again look ahead in excitement.
